BPC keeps records and information confidentially stored on our company server. These are kept securely and require passwords to access. We adhere towards GDPR guidelines and hold ourselves to the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.

BPC store information about the staff and young people we work with. Normally this information will only be shared with the relevant professionals however there are exceptions to this. Where there are safeguarding concerns, BPC have a sense of duty to share information with suitable professionals to ensure the safety of the young people and staff we work with.
